Abstract

EN: Effect of substrate component composition on accumulation of biologically active substances with antioxidant properties in basil was studied. It was determined that inclusion of perlite into substrate stimulates accumulation of poliphenols, ascorbic acid, carotenoids and essential oils in basil.
