Abstract

У колективній монографії представлено дослідження економічного розвитку промислових підприємств аграрних територіально-виробничих систем України. Здійснено оцінку потенціалу територіальних громад у сфері соціальних зобов’язань. Досліджено вплив розвитку цифрової економіки на людський капітал в сучасних умовах. Висвітлені особливості формування маркетингових стратегій аграрних підприємств. Викладено теоретичні основи системи управління персоналом підприємства.
