Теоретико – методичні основи оцінки результативності реалізації стратегії розвитку зеленого туризму на рівні регіону

Abstract

UK: В статті досліджено теоретичні та методичні аспекти оцінки результативності реалізації стратегії розвитку зеленого туризму на регіональному рівні. Обґрунтовано важливість дослідження характеру виконання відповідних заходів в умовах забезпечення процесу соціально-економічного розвитку. Доведена необхідність диверсифікованого використання методичного інструментарію в процесі збору, обробки та аналізу інформаційного матеріалу. В статті сформульовано алгоритм оцінки результативності практичної реалізації регіональних програм сприяння розвитку зеленого туризму. Визначено мету, завдання та основні етапи здійснення алгоритму як сукупності методичних прийомів. EN: Introduction Under modern conditions, there is an increase in the importance of the tourism industry in economic and social aspects. The sphere of green tourism plays an important role, as its active development has a positive effect on the nature of the functioning of rural communities as a socio-administrative entity. It should be noted that, despite the existence of government programs aimed at promoting entrepreneurial activity in this area, not all of them are successfully implemented. To a large extent, this situation is due to the unresolved organizational problems associated with the practical implementation of the provisions of relevant measures planned in the framework of national and regional government programs. The purpose of this article is to develop and substantiate methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of regional programs to promote green tourism. Results. The results of the study prove the importance of improving scientific approaches related to assessing the level of effectiveness of regional programs in the field of socio-economic development. The necessity of diversified use of methodical tools in the process of collecting, processing and analysis of information material is proved. The article formulates an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the practical implementation of regional programs to promote green tourism. Conclusions. The article high-lights the theoretical and methodological principles of assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of measures carried out within the regional strategy for the development of green tourism. Scientific approaches to assessing the effectiveness of state programs of socio-economic development are studied. The importance of studying the nature of the implementation of appropriate measures in terms of ensuring the process of socio-economic development is substantiated. Based on the research materials, an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the practical implementa-tion of regional programs to promote green tourism has been developed.
