Інноваційна складова українського експорту: адаптивний підхід та перспективи розвитку для промислових підприємств

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено сучасні тенденції українського експорту на основі адаптаційних періодів розвитку та інтеграційних процесів до Європейського союзу, умов поглибленої Зони вільної торгівлі, впливу пандемії та воєнного стану. Виділено місце та обґрунтовано значення інновацій, як ключового інструмента позитивних технологічних змін, наведено макроекономічні показники експорту, промисловості та машинобудівної галузі зокрема. Виокремлено ряд преференцій приналежності України до поглибленої Зони вільної торгівлі з Європейським союзом, охарактеризовано циклічний та структурний аспекти здійснення експортної діяльності у розрізі трьох економічних циклів (за період останніх 10 років). Здійснено аналіз темпів зростання показників витрат на інновації та обсягів експорту продукції вітчизняних підприємств на ринках ЄС, проаналізовано частки у загальній структурі та встановлено їх взаємозв’язки на регіональному рівні. Запропоновано схему адаптивного підходу до управління діяльністю експортоорієнтованого підприємства за умов євроінтеграції. /// EN: The article examines current trends in Ukrainian exports in the context of adaptation periods of economic development and integration processes with the European Union, including the conditions of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, as well as the impact of the pandemic and military state. The role of innovation as a key instrument of positive technological change was identified and substantiated. Macroeconomic indicators of exports, industry, and the machine-building sector of Ukraine in particular were presented. A number of advantages associated with Ukraine’s participation in the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area with the European Union were highlighted. The significance of integration processes influence on activity of exporting enterprises in the sphere of customs control and its management, national standards harmonization, non-tariff barriers were interpreted. The inputs of export volumes and machine-building sector in Ukraine’s GDP were analyzed. The cyclical and structural aspects of export activity within the framework of three economic cycles over the last ten years were characterized. It was interpreted the main changes within cyclical aspects that deals with state institutions reformation, technical regulation adaption, product and financial markets liberalization. As for structural aspects, according to the regional location, it was emphasized the importance of few competitive advantages for exporting enterprises. Further, the study analyzes the growth rates of innovation expenditures and export volumes of domestic enterprises in EU markets, examines their shares in the overall structure, and identifies their interrelationships at the regional level. According to the analysis, the underlined factors of influence such as location near the customs border, location at the intersection of transport routes, availability of technological and financial institutions infrastructure were detailed. An adaptive approach framework for managing the activities of export-oriented enterprises under the conditions of European integration is proposed.
