Організаційно-економічний механізм забезпечення координаційної системи бізнес-процесів в умовах цифрової інтеграції

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено організаційно-економічний механізм управління бізнес-процесами ФПК в умовах цифрової інтеграції. Обґрунтовано, що висока концентрація корпоративного контролю та фрагментарність інформаційних систем зумовлюють виникнення управлінських, інформаційних і фінансових розривів між стратегічним, тактичним та операційним рівнями управління. На основі матричного аналізу визначено ступінь залученості українських підсистем у різних сегментах ФПК та систематизовано основні типи управлінських розривів. Із використанням методу аналізу ієрархій оцінено альтернативи вдосконалення механізму управління та доведено доцільність повної цифрової інтеграції управлінських підсистем. Запропоновано модель інтегрованого управління бізнес-процесами на основі формування інформаційно-аналітичного ядра, яке забезпечує узгодженість управлінських рішень і підвищення адаптивності ФПК. /// EN: The increasing organisational complexity of financial and industrial companies operating under conditions of digital integration has intensified the challenges of coordinating business processes across multiple management levels. In integrated corporate structures, strategic decision-making remains highly centralised, while operational units are required to demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to dynamic economic and technological conditions. This structural tension highlights the growing importance of alignment between strategic objectives, tactical coordination and operational implementation, particularly in corporate systems characterised by historical asymmetries in governance and institutional development. This study examines the organisational and economic foundations of business process management in financial and industrial companies within the context of digital integration. Attention is focused on the interaction between key management subsystems responsible for planning and analytics, investment and economic coordination, managerial regulation and digital support, and on their ability to function as a coherent mechanism rather than as fragmented domains. The paper emphasises that managerial shortcomings often arise not from limited control or resource constraints, but from misalignment between decision making levels and uneven digital and informational maturity inside corporate groups. The article outlines how hierarchical governance models combined with fragmented information flows contribute to coordination gaps that weaken internal managerial consistency. These gaps are reflected in distorted information transmission, insufficient feedback between organisational levels, inconsistencies between strategic priorities and operational capabilities, and delays in decision execution. The study focuses on the organisational logic of integrating management subsystems within a shared information environment, emphasising institutional conditions for digital integration and the need to balance centralised strategic control with an appropriate degree of operational autonomy. The extended abstract highlights the importance of developing an organisational and economic mechanism capable of synchronising strategic, tactical and operational decisions in complex corporate.
