Роль інтелектуального капіталу у формуванні інноваційного потенціалу підприємств

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено роль інтелектуального капіталу у формуванні інноваційного потенціалу підприємств у контексті цифрової трансформації. Визначено взаємозв’язок між людським, структурним і реляційним капіталом та їх вплив на інноваційну спроможність організації. Обґрунтовано, що інтелектуальний капітал є стратегічним ресурсом, який забезпечує генерування нових знань, їх накопичення та практичне застосування у вигляді інноваційних продуктів і технологій. Запропоновано підходи до оцінювання та управління інтелектуальними активами з використанням цифрових інструментів, таких як системи управління знаннями, платформи навчання та аналітичні технології. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для підвищення інноваційної активності, розроблення стратегій сталого розвитку та формування конкурентних переваг підприємств у цифровій економіці. /// EN: Amid rapid technological progress and global digitalization, effective management of intellectual capital has become a crucial factor determining enterprise competitiveness and sustainable innovation growth. The article explores the role of intellectual capital in shaping the innovative potential of enterprises within the context of digital transformation. It highlights the interconnection between the three key components of intellectual capital – human, structural, and relational – and their combined influence on the enterprise’s innovative capacity. The study demonstrates that intellectual capital functions as a strategic resource that ensures the generation, accumulation, and practical implementation of knowledge in the form of innovative products, technologies, and managerial solutions. Emphasis is placed on the idea that effective management of intellectual capital enhances organizational flexibility, competitiveness, and adaptability to external changes, particularly under the conditions of the knowledge-based economy. The research substantiates the need to integrate digital tools and analytical systems into intellectual capital management to accelerate knowledge exchange and support decision-making processes. Among such tools are knowledge management systems, cloud technologies, AI-driven HR analytics, and open innovation platforms that contribute to strengthening innovation ecosystems and expanding collaborative networks. The article also proposes practical approaches for assessing and developing intellectual capital through digital learning platforms, data-driven competence management, and innovation oriented corporate culture. The findings can serve as a methodological basis for improving innovation performance, designing sustainable development strategies, and enhancing the overall intellectual resilience of enterprises operating in a globalized digital economy. Future research directions include developing integrated models for evaluating the quantitative impact of digitalization on intellectual capital and identifying critical factors that determine the sustainable innovation-driven growth of organizations.
