Інноваційний потенціал соціального підприємництва в контексті воєнного стану та сталого розвитку

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто феномен соціального підприємництва в Україні в умовах воєнного стану як важливого інноваційного інструменту для подолання гострих соціальних викликів та досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано унікальну роль соціальних підприємств у підтримці вразливих груп населення, відновленні інфраструктури та створенні робочих місць в умовах обмежених державних ресурсів. Досліджено інноваційні підходи, що застосовуються соціальними підприємствами, та їхній внесок у сталий розвиток. Окрему увагу приділено аналізу ризиків та можливостей соціального підприємництва в умовах війни за допомогою SWOT-аналізу. Зроблено висновок про стратегічну важливість підтримки соціального підприємництва для післявоєнного відновлення та сталого розвитку України. /// EN: The presented scientific article examines the current and important issues of social entrepreneurship development in Ukraine during the period of unprecedented challenges caused by full-scale martial law. The transformation of social entrepreneurship from an alternative business model to a critically important mechanism for responding to the urgent social needs of society in conditions of limited state resources and the rapid growth of humanitarian and economic problems is analyzed. The unique ability of social enterprises to combine economic activity with a clearly defined social mission aimed at achieving socially beneficial changes, rather than solely maximizing profits, is emphasized. The key areas of activity of social enterprises during wartime were examined in detail, including support for veterans, internally displaced persons and affected communities, participation in the restoration of destroyed infrastructure, creation of inclusive jobs for vulnerable categories of the population, implementation of educational and cultural initiatives. It is argued that social entrepreneurship is an innovative response to such acute socio-economic problems as low material security, mass unemployment, and increasing social vulnerability, mobilizing the internal resources of society to solve them with less dependence on public funding or foreign aid. The relevance of the chosen research topic is substantiated, due to the growing social challenges faced by Ukrainian society during the war. The effectiveness of social entrepreneurship as a tool for supporting vulnerable groups of the population, reintegration of veterans and IDPs, as well as the development of local communities in conditions of limited state resources is emphasized. Its potential as a source of innovative approaches to the provision of social services is emphasized, which will contribute to the formation of an effective policy of supporting social initiatives in crisis conditions.
