Проблеми формування екосистеми в транспортно-логістичній галузі

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено проблеми формування екосистеми в транспортно-логістичній галузі, що відіграє ключову роль у забезпеченні ефективності ланцюгів постачань і сталого економічного розвитку. Визначено основні бар’єри інтеграції стейкхолдерів, зокрема фрагментацію цифрових систем, нестачу стандартизації даних та низький рівень взаємодії між платформами. Проаналізовано вплив екологічних викликів і перехід до «зеленої логістики», який ускладнюється високими витратами, браком стимулів і технологічними обмеженнями. Розглянуто дефіцит кваліфікованих кадрів і специфічні проблеми України, пов’язані з відновленням інфраструктури та геополітичними ризиками. Запропоновано стратегії формування ефективних екосистем на основі колаборації, цифрової інтеграції, використання AI та впровадження стійких логістичних практик. Реалізація комплексного підходу, що поєднує технологічні, економічні та екологічні аспекти, сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності галузі та забезпеченню її сталого розвитку. /// EN: The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the problems and challenges related to the formation of an ecosystem in the transport and logistics sector, which serves as a key driver of global economic growth, competitiveness, and supply chain efficiency. The research emphasizes that ecosystem formation requires the integration of multiple stakeholders – transport operators, logistics companies, technology providers, governmental institutions, and consumers – into a unified digital environment based on interoperability and shared standards. However, the study reveals a number of structural barriers that hinder this process, including technological fragmentation, lack of data standardization, insufficient digital infrastructure, and the absence of coordinated governance models. These limitations result in duplicated processes, inefficient resource utilization, and increased operational risks. A particular focus is placed on the environmental dimension of logistics development. The transition toward green logistics, which involves the implementation of energy-efficient technologies, reduction of CO₂ emissions, and optimization of transportation routes, is constrained by high investment costs, limited access to green technologies, and the absence of adequate regulatory incentives. The Ukrainian context introduces additional challenges such as post-war reconstruction of transport infrastructure, geopolitical risks, and the need for integration into the European multimodal transport system. These factors significantly affect the stability of logistics chains and the resilience of the national transport ecosystem. The results of the study contribute to a deeper understanding of how technological innovation, institutional coordination, and environmental sustainability can be combined within a unified transport-logistics ecosystem. The proposed conceptual framework supports policy development and business strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing ecological footprint, and ensuring long-term competitiveness and resilience of the sector.
