Abstract

UKR: У статті досліджено економічну ефективність транспортно-логістичних потоків України в умовах війни у системі міжнародних економічних відносин. Проаналізовано вплив блокади морських портів, руйнування транспортної інфраструктури, зміни логістичних маршрутів та зростання витрат на перевезення. Встановлено, що переорієнтація вантажопотоків на залізничний і автомобільний транспорт спричинила додаткове навантаження на прикордонну інфраструктуру та зниження ефективності логістичних операцій. Визначено, що розвиток альтернативних маршрутів, зокрема через західні кордони та дунайські порти, сприяв частковому відновленню експортних поставок. Обґрунтовано необхідність модернізації транспортної інфраструктури, розвитку мультимодальних перевезень та інтеграції України у європейську логістичну систему. ENG: The article provides a comprehensive study of the economic efficiency of transport and logistics flows in Ukraine under wartime conditions within the system of international economic relations. The relevance of the study is driven by significant transformations of the country’s logistics system caused by full-scale military aggression, which led to the destruction of transport infrastructure, blockade of seaports, and disruption of traditional export-import routes. The impact of key factors, including the condition of transport infrastructure, changes in the structure of cargo flows, limited capacity of border crossings, and increased transportation costs on the economic efficiency of logistics processes, is analyzed. It is established that the reorientation of cargo flows from maritime transport to rail and road transport has led to both positive and negative effects. On the one hand, it ensured the continuity of foreign trade operations; on the other hand, it resulted in increased logistics costs, delivery delays, and reduced productivity of transport systems. Particular attention is paid to the problem of technical incompatibility between the railway infrastructure of Ukraine and the European Union, which complicates transportation processes and reduces their efficiency. It is substantiated that an important direction for improving efficiency is the development of alternative logistics routes through western borders and Danube ports, as well as the formation of strategic transport hubs in border regions. It is determined that the implementation of modern management approaches, digital technologies, automation of logistics processes, and optimization of enterprise cash flows contribute to enhancing the resilience of the transport and logistics system. It is proved that further improvement of the economic efficiency of transport and logistics flows requires comprehensive modernization of infrastructure, expansion of multimodal transportation, increase in the capacity of border crossings, and deeper integration of Ukraine into the European transport and logistics network. The implementation of these measures will help reduce costs, increase the competitiveness of domestic enterprises, and ensure the stability of the country’s foreign economic activity
