Теоретичні засади соціально-економічної діяльності сімейних форм аграрного виробництва України

Abstract

UA: В статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти функціонування сімейних форм аграрного виробництва України. Зазначено важливість даної категорії аграріїв для розвитку сільського господарства та забезпечення процесу розбудови сільських територій. Визначено специфічні фактори впливу на функціонування сімейних форм аграрного виробництва як соціально-економічного утворення. Обґрунтовано необхідність дослідження взаємодії між виробничою та соціальною складовими розвитку даної категорії сільськогосподарських виробників. Проведено дослідження впливу соціальних чинників сімейних форм аграрного виробництва на характер використання наявного ресурсного потенціалу Проаналізовано особливості формування специфіки соціально-культурної системи даної категорії аграріїв як результату специфіки способу їхнього господарювання. Сформульовано напрями коригування культурного середовища господарств селянського типу з метою підвищення рівня розвитку місцевих громад в економічному, соціальному та адміністративному аспектах. EN: Introduction. Under modern conditions of functioning of the national economic system, the importance of family forms of management is growing. Small business is one of the important forms of alternative employment. This problem acquires special significance in the system of rural areas, where agriculture remains almost the only form of entrepreneurial activity. The importance of ensuring the effective development of this category of farmers determined the relevance of the chosen topic and the nature of the goal. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations of the functioning of family forms of agricultural production in Ukraine, taking into account the sociobehavioral aspects of their activities. Results. The article identifies specific factors influencing the functioning of family forms of agricultural production as a socio-economic entity. The necessity of research of interaction between production and social components of development of this category of agricultural producers is substantiated. A study of the influence of social factors of family forms of agricultural production on the nature of the use of available resource potential. The peculiarities of the formation of the specifics of the socio-cultural system of this category of farmers as a result of the specifics of the way of their management are analyzed. The directions of adjustment of the cultural environment of peasant-type farms are formulated in order to increase the level of development of local communities in economic, social and administrative aspects. Conclusions. The article highlights the theoretical foundations of the functioning of family forms of agricultural production in Ukraine. Peculiarities of identification of this category of agrarians in normative-legal, statistical and scientific literature are analyzed. The basic moral and ethical principles of functioning of peasant farms are determined. The importance of disseminating these principles within the rural community as a means of promoting its further socio-economic development is proved.
