Abstract

UKR: У статті подано результати критичного аналізу наукових підходів щодо сутності мікроекономічного зростання. Зазначається, що процес економічного зростання залежить від життєвого циклу, а також ряду зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів бізнес-середовища, в якому знаходиться підприємство. Визначено, що економічне зростання відбувається не лише за умови збільшення ресурсів чи кількісних результатів, а й за якісними змінами у діяльності підприємства. Розкриваються процеси не тільки кількісних та якісних змін діяльності підприємства, але і акцентується увага на результатах та критеріях за якими відбувається ідентифікація й формалізація результатів його економічного зростання. На основі узагальнення критеріїв оцінки економічного зростання підприємства запропоновано показники за його ключовими характеристиками, які враховують і якісні аспекти та ототожнюють «поняття розвиток та зростання». ENG: The article presents the results of a critical analysis of scientific approaches to the essence of microeconomic growth. In scientific publications, this issue is considered in terms of quantitative changes in the final economic result of an enterprise's activities - gross income or its revenue from the sale of products (services). The concept of "economic growth" at the micro level remains insufficiently conceptualized, and approaches to its identification are characterized by fragmentation and ambiguity. It is noted that the process of economic growth depends on the life cycle, as well as a number of external and internal factors of the business environment in which the enterprise is located. Growth by its essential characteristic demonstrates the presence of signs of development of a system that, by quantitative expansion, cannot provide solutions to social, environmental, humanitarian problems that arise before the business entity. It is determined that economic growth occurs not only under the condition of increasing resources or quantitative results, but also by qualitative changes in the activities of the enterprise. The processes of not only quantitative and qualitative changes in the enterprise's activities are revealed, but attention is also focused on the results and criteria by which the results of its economic growth are identified and formalized. Based on the generalization of the assessment criteria and key characteristics of the enterprise's economic growth, indicators are proposed that take into account quantitative and qualitative aspects and identify the "concept of development and growth". Thus, the definition of economic growth of an enterprise represents a positive dynamic of individual parameters of quantitative and qualitative changes in the economic results of the enterprise's development. The basis for determining the quality of economic growth is its resource-effective nature. Quality assessment should be carried out according to the criteria of efficiency of the results of the enterprise's activities. The criterion basis for its assessment should be economic results in the categories of financial condition, stability, efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, competitiveness, investment attractiveness, etc.
