Сучасні методичні підходи до оцінювання антикризового потенціалу сільськогосподарських підприємств

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено сучасні методичні підходи до оцінювання антикризового потенціалу сільськогосподарських підприємств в умовах посилення впливу воєнних, економічних та інших дестабілізуючих чинників. Розкрито сутність оцінювання як важливого елемента системи антикризового управління та інформаційної основи прийняття управлінських рішень. Проведено аналіз сучасного методичного забезпечення, що дозволило виявити його ключові недоліки, пов’язані з переважною орієнтацією на фінансові показники, недостатнім урахуванням виробничих, кадрових, цифрових та адаптивних характеристик підприємств. Об ґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення методичного забезпечення оцінювання антикризового потенціалу на основі комплексного підходу, який поєднує кількісні та якісні показники, враховує специфіку функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств. EN: The growing uncertainty of the external environment, caused by military actions, climate change, market instability, inflationary processes, and disruptions in logistics, significantly increases the vulnerability of agricultural enterprises and necessitates the improvement of crisis management mechanisms. Under such conditions, the assessment of anti-crisis potential becomes an essential analytical tool for identifying threats, determining the enterprise's resilience, and supporting informed managerial decision-making. The purpose of this study is to investigate contemporary methodological approaches to assessing the anti-crisis potential of agricultural enterprises, to compare their theoretical and practical characteristics, and to substantiate directions for improving methodological support in accordance with current challenges facing the agricultural sector. The study is based on general scientific and special research methods, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization, and critical evaluation of scientific approaches presented in Ukrainian and international literature. The theoretical foundations of assessment within the anti-crisis management system are examined, its relationship with economic security and strategic management is clarified, and the role of information support in ensuring reliable assessment results is substantiated. The paper systematizes the main methodological approaches to assessing anti-crisis potential, including resource-based, functional, system, process, integrated, risk-oriented, and adaptive approaches. Their advantages, limitations, and practical applicability under current conditions are identified. Furthermore, the existing assessment methods are classified into financial, analytical, statistical, economic-mathematical, and expert groups, which enables a comprehensive understanding of the available methodological toolkit. The scientific contribution of the study lies in substantiating conceptual directions for improving the methodological support for assessing anti crisis potential through the integration of financial, production, organizational, personnel, digital, and risk-oriented indicators into a comprehensive assessment framework.
