Інтеграція Agile методологій у викладанні дисциплін з розробки програмного забезпечення

Abstract

UKR : У статті розглянуто актуальність інтеграції Agile методологій у процес викладання дисциплін для майбутніх фахівців у ІТ сфері, пов’язаних із розробкою програмного забезпечення. Проаналізовано вплив Agile-підходів на формування професійних компетентностей студентів, підвищення якості освітнього процесу та адаптацію випускників до міжнародного ринку праці. Проведено порівняльний аналіз впровадження Agile-практик у навчальних програмах України, країн ЄС та США. Визначено рекомендації щодо ефективного впровадження гнучких підходів у навчальний процес. ENG : The article examines the relevance of integrating Agile methodologies into the teaching process of courses for future IT professionals related to software development. The influence of Agile approaches on the formation of students’ professional competencies, the improvement of the quality of the educational process, and the adaptation of graduates to the international labor market is analyzed. A comparative analysis of the implementation of Agile practices in educational programs in Ukraine, EU countries, and the United States has been conducted. Recommendations for the effective integration of flexible approaches into the educational process have been proposed.
