Забезпечення професійного розвитку викладачів через підвищення кваліфікації: практичний досвід

Abstract

UA: У статті окреслено напрями підвищення кваліфікації викладачів Таврійського державного агротех нологічного університету імені Дмитра Моторного (ТДАТУ). Зазначається, що підвищення кваліфікації викладачів є необхідною умовою для забезпечення якості сучасної освіти. Висвітлено фактори, що впливають на необхідність підвищення кваліфікації. Проаналізовано різні шляхи професійного розвитку викладачів під час формальної та неформальної освіти, в очному й онлайн-режимі. Зазначається, що в ТДАТУ функціонує Вища школа педагогічної майстерності та академічний рух “Гостьовий професор”, що сприяє активному обміну досвідом між викладачами, інтеграції інноваційних підходів і методик в освітній процес тощо. /// EN: The article highlights the areas of professional development of teachers at Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University (TSATU). It is noted that the professional development of teachers is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of modern education. It is found that advanced training of teachers is aimed at improving professional and general competencies, mastering modern tools, teaching methods and forms, etc. The factors influencing the need for advanced training are highlighted. Different ways of professional development of teachers in formal and non-formal education, in face-to-face and online modes, are analysed. It has been found that the professional development of teachers takes place through training according to professional development curricula, internships in Ukraine or abroad, attending trainings, taking online courses, etc. The features and methods of advanced training of teachers at TSATU are emphasised. It is noted that a Higher School of Pedagogical Excellence (HSPE) functions at the university, providing advanced training for teachers. The Guest Professor academic initiative is implemented continuously as part of the activities of the Higher School of Pedagogical Excellence. It promotes an active exchange of experience between teachers from different regions of Ukraine and EU countries, allows for the integration of new pedagogical approaches and methods into the educational process, and creates opportunities for joint research. The work of the Higher School of Pedagogical Excellence is coordinated by the Educational and Research Centre, which organises regular seminars on the latest trends in the field of the application of information and communication technologies and hosts scientific and methodological events. The results of the study can be used by other universities to improve their own career development strategies for teachers. In the future, it is planned to highlight the peculiarities of organising and conducting scientific and methodological means implemented by the Educational and Research Centre of TSATU.
