UK: В статті проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти інвестиційної діяльності в аграрному секторі економіки. Досліджено особливості функціонування селянських домогосподарств як об’єктів інвестиційної діяльності. Обґрунтовано диференційний підхід о розробці заходів щодо оптимізації інвестиційного клімату для селянських домогосподарств. EN: The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of investment activity in agrarian sector of economy. It is proved that the investment process is not limited to purely economic issues. This fact makes peasant households are potential participants in investment projects, especially those that provide social vector, with the aim of promoting sustainable development of rural areas. The peculiarities of operation of peasant households as objects of investment activities. The author notes the following facts, which determine the prospects of investment attractiveness of the peasant household: the General condition of development of investment activity in the state, the investment attractiveness of a particular industry, of the perspective of the peasant household as a specific component of agricultural production. The author notes the need for participation of state institutions in ensuring favorable investment climate for small forms of agricultural production. The article analyses certain aspects of foreign experience for the improvement of financial relations in the agricultural sector. The investigation shows the poor state of information and institutional support for the development of investment climate in agrarian sector of economy. The author emphasizes the important socio-economic importance of the peasant household as a component of socio-economic relations in the rural areas. Justifies a differential approach in the development of measures to optimize the investment climate for peasant households. The article emphasizes the need to optimize the financial system towards a loan-based structures of small forms of agricultural production.
