Формування інвестиційної активності регіонів в контексті ревіталізації економічної системи України

Abstract

UA: У статті проведено глибинний економічний аналіз стану інвестиційної активності регіонів України в умовах повномасштабного воєнного вторгнення. Застосування методу абстракції в управлінні інвестиційним кліматом економічної системи України відіграє важливу роль у виявленні ключових характеристик, які впливають на інвестиційну активність. Цей підхід дозволяє спростити і структурувати комплексний аналіз різноманітних аспектів інвестиційної діяльності в регіонах країни. Зокрема, інтеграція традиційних і сучасних методів оцінювання стану інвестиційного клімату є необхідною умовою для проведення детального аналізу обсягів капітальних інвестицій, який розглядається за різними видами економічної діяльності у розрізі регіонів України. Методи класифікації, що базуються на принципах загального та особливого аналізу, поряд із методами прогнозування, надають можливість здійснювати більш точну оцінку інвестиційних процесів. /// EN: The article provides an in-depth economic analysis of the state of investment activity in the regions of Ukraine in the context of a full-scale military invasion. The use of the abstraction method allowed us to identify the characteristics of the conceptual principles of managing the investment climate of the economic system of Ukraine, which made it possible to simplify a comprehensive analysis of the spectrum of investment activity in the regions of the state. The integration of traditional and modern approaches to assessing the state of the investment climate of the state economy necessitated a comprehensive assessment of the volume of capital investments by type of economic activity in the context of the regions of Ukraine. Classification methods based on the principles of general and special analysis and forecasting methods, in combination with comparative and abstract-logical analysis, allowed us to form the results of a comprehensive analysis of changes in the balance of foreign direct investment in the economy of Ukraine in the context of regions for the period 2022–2024, focusing on the most priority projects in the field of investment support. The study analyzed the values of the investment attractiveness index of regions of Ukraine, analyzed the volumes of capital investments by types of economic activity in the regions of Ukraine, and analyzed the most priority investment projects in the regions of Ukraine by the volume of investment capital attracted. The results obtained reproduce the priority postulates for the formation of a set of measures aimed at attracting investment capital and forming a favorable investment climate in the regions of Ukraine. The specified measures are strategic guidelines both at the macroeconomic level for the revitalization of the national economic system and at the regional level for ensuring progressive innovation in investment activity. The results of the study have practical significance for domestic and foreign investors, business analysts, and entrepreneurs. Regional aspects of the concept of investment climate management in Ukraine reproduce the strategic guidelines for ensuring its progressive transformational development and contribute to the formation of a high level of investment attractiveness on the world stage through the prism of international rating agencies.
