Організаційно-економічне забезпечення розвитку бізнес-процесів ФПК в умовах невизначеності

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено проблематику організаційно-економічного забезпечення розвитку бізнес-процесів ФПК в умовах невизначеності. Обґрунтовано роль внутрішнього середовища фінансово-промислових компаній у формуванні суб’єктивної оцінки невизначеності та виборі стратегічних орієнтирів розвитку. Запропоновано концептуальну модель взаємодії головних чинників невизначеності, матрицю формування управлінських рішень та методику реалізації комбінованого вектору трансформації бізнес-процесів. На основі застосування моделі аналізу ієрархій визначено пріоритетні напрями удосконалення організаційно-економічного забезпечення. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованих інструментів для підвищення адаптивності, стійкості та результативності функціонування ФПК. /// EN: This article examines organisational and economic support for the development of business processes in f inancial-industrial companies under conditions of uncertainty. The relevance of the topic is driven by the growing instability of the external environment, increasing market turbulence, structural economic transformations and the need for financial-industrial companies to ensure sustainable development through continuous adaptation and transformation of their business processes. Under such conditions, the effectiveness of managerial decisions largely depends on the quality of organisational and economic mechanisms that provide coordination, flexibility and long term stability of corporate systems. The purpose of this study is to substantiate theoretical and applied foundations and to develop an integrated approach to enhancing organisational and economic support for the development of business processes in financial-industrial companies in an uncertain environment. The research methodology is based on system analysis, structural-functional analysis, modelling, scenario analysis and the analytic hierarchy process. These methods enabled the identification of key sources of uncertainty, the revelation of the internal environment's role in shaping subjective assessments of uncertainty, and the determination of priority directions for transforming business processes at various levels of the corporate structure.
