Проведено групування бізнес-процесів в сільськогосподарських підприємствах на основні та допоміжні. Наведені методики вдосконалення бізнес-процесів. Рекомендовані найбільш актуальні із довгострокових методик для використання в сільськогосподарських підприємствах. EN: Due to the growing competition, the need to apply a process approach to managing agricultural enterprises is increasing. The essence and methods of management of business processes, peculiarities of the formation of a business model and its application in agricultural enterprises are considered for solving the task. According to the definition of most foreign researchers, business processes are consistent interrelated activities that are carried out regularly in organizations. The purpose of managing business processes is to increase the efficiency of organizational processes through their improvement and introduction of innovations. In foreign literature, there are several classifications of business processes, the main of which is the division of business processes into core, support processes, business networks and management processes.
