Abstract

UK : Статтю присвячено теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванню актуальності використання тренінгових технологій в процесі викладання суспільно-гуманітарних дисциплін. Висвітлено особливості їх імплементації та доведена практична цінність для формування soft skills. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що перевага тренінгових технологій полягає у можливості учасників освітнього процесу відкрити у собі нові можливості для самореалізації та саморозвитку. EN : The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the training technologies use relevance in the teaching of social sciences and humanities. The peculiarities of their implementation are highlighted and the practical value for the formation of soft skills is proved. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the advantage of training technologies lies in the ability of participants of the educational process to discover new opportunities for self-realization and self-development.
