Модель професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя в умовах інклюзії

Abstract

UK: Автором обґрунтовано необхідність розробки моделі професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя в рамках реалізації принципів дитиноцентризму, інклюзивної теорії організації освітнього процесу. Визначено методологічне підґрунтя пошуку й обґрунтування інструментів розробки і механізмів реалізації цієї моделі, особливістю якої є розвиток у майбутнього вчителя полідіменсіального (багатоосьового) мислення. Зазначено індикатори розробки змісту професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя в умовах інклюзивного освітнього середовища. EN: The author substantiates the necessity of development of model of professional training of future teachers in the framework of the principles of child-centrism, inclusive theory of organization of educational process. The methodological background of the search and substantiation of development tools and mechanisms of realization of this model, the peculiarity of which is the development of a future teacher of polydimensional (multi-axial) thinking, is determined. Indicators of development of the content of the future teacher's professional training under the conditions of the inclusive educational environment are represented in this article.
