Adaptation of Agile Management Methods in the Public Sector of Ukraine.

Abstract

ENG: This article explores the adaptation of agile management methods within the public sector of Ukraine. An analysis of the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing agile management in the Ukrainian public sector is conducted. It is determined that the use of agile methods in the public sector of Ukraine can improve the quality of service delivery, enhance management efficiency, and ensure greater openness and transparency in dialogue with the public. The aspects and advantages of successful implementation of agile management methods are studied. The strengths of the agile approach are also considered. It reveals which key projects the ministry has already successfully implemented. As a result of studying the approach to flexible management in project management organizations, it can be concluded that flexible management focuses on managerial value.////////////////// UKR: У сучасному світі надзвичайно швидких змін державні організації постійно шукають ефективні методи управління, щоб ефективно реагувати на виклики часу. Одним з найбільш перспективних підходів до управління проєктами і процесами є методологія агільного управління, яка фокусується на гнучкості, оперативності та взаємодії між учасниками. Використання агільних методів у державному секторі України може покращити якість надання послуг, підвищити ефективність управління та забезпечити більшу відкритість і прозорість у діалозі з громадськістю. З огляду на це важливим є вивчення агільного підходу та його адаптація до специфіки українського державного управління.
