Пріоритетні напрями розвитку ЗЕД виробничого підприємства в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено підхід до визначення пріоритетних напрямів розвитку ЗЕД виробничого підприємства в умовах воєнного стану. Актуалізовано стратегічні орієнтири забезпечення доступу продукції вітчизняних підприємств до нових ринків. На прикладі аналізу поточного стану ринкового середовища на внутрішньому ринку, географічної структури на зовнішньому, витрат на виробництво експортної продукції та обсягів її реалізації, обґрунтовано переваги та недоліки діяльності окремого суб’єкта ЗЕД. Встановлено перешкоди здійснення ЗЕД під впливом воєнного стану та виникнення трансформаційних обставин в економіці на міжнародному рівні. Запропоновано схему компонування складових та елементів системи управління підприємство у розрізі пріоритетних напрямів розвитку ЗЕД в умовах воєнного стану, у якій виділено три основі складові: створення науково-інноваційної структури досліджень; проєкти та роботи у сфері розробок та досліджень; науково-технічна інтеграція в зовнішньоекономічний простір. /// EN: The article researches the approach of determining the priority directions of foreign activity development of a manufacturing enterprise under war state in Ukraine. The strategic guidelines for ensuring access of national enterprises` products to new markets has been updated. Using the example of analyzing the current state of national market environment, selection, the export geographical structure in the foreign market, the costs of producing export products and the volumes of its sales, the advantages and disadvantages of the activities of an individual foreign economic entity have been substantiated. According to the analysis: the different kind of costs have been described and interpreted from the side of managing foreign trade activity; the main ways of adaptation to the demands of external market in order to increase the production volumes have been emphasized. The dependence between resources usage and making competitive advantages of export products abroad through the cost unit reduction have been characterized. Also, it was underlined the importance of quality of raw material and finding different ways of its import. Obstacles to foreign activity making under the influence of war state in Ukraine and the emergence of transformational circumstances in the economy at the international level have been identified. As a result, a scheme for arranging the components and elements of enterprise’s management system in terms of priority directions of foreign activity development under war state in Ukraine has been proposed. The starting component deals with creation of scientific and innovative research structure based on the enlargement of raw material base by means of a proper laboratory for researches creation, innovative centers consulting and start-ups activation. The second one deals with maintaining projects and work in the field of development and research of new raw materials synthesis and new products, its testing and implementing into the open. The third component aimed on taking part in international projects of researches in order to carry out scientific and technical integration into the foreign economic space.
