Особливості моделювання інвестиційного процесу в аграрному секторі

Abstract

UК:В роботі детально розглянуто основні етапи моделювання інвестиційної діяльності аграрних підприємств. В результаті аналізу інформаційної ситуації під час моделювання інвестиційного процесу рекомендовано використання теоретико-ігрових моделей, а для аграрної сфери – їх конкретизованого типу «ігри з природою». EN:The aim of the research to structure the investment activity modelling process considering branch features of the agrarian sector. In the paper six basic stages of investment activity modelling for agricultural enterprises are considered in detail, including: formation of an investment idea, information retrieval and collecting data in view of information situation, selection of mathematical model, choosing the method for model solving, evaluation of the constructed model adequacy, application of model. Meanwhile the main feature of agricultural production is a significant impact of random factors that can not be exactly predicted. This situation greatly complicates the selection and substantiation of project decisions. Based on the analysis of information situation the authors concluded that the investment process modelling is appropriate to using of game-theoretic models, and for the agricultural sector - their specified type "games with nature."
