Abstract

EN : One of the main working units of vegetable harvesting machines are conveyors, including the elevator-bar type. To identify the causes of failures and destruction of structures of mobile agricultural machines, their operational load is considered, which is characterized by a set of statistical indicators of the processes occurring in machines, its systems and assemblies during normal operation in all natural climatic zones. The operational load is the basis for assessing the reliability of the machine in the process of its design, revision and modernization [1]. For the further development of reliable and high-performance vegetable harvesting machines, it is necessary to identify the reasons for the failure of the elements of the working bodies and determine the methods for their elimination.
