Особливості розвитку тваринництва в особистих селянських господарствах

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню функціонування галузей тваринництва в особистих селянських господарствах. Обґрунтовано важливе соціально-економічне значення представників дрібнотоварного сектору аграрного виробництва за сучасних умов становлення даної галузі в системі національної економіки, а також, враховуючи проблеми у сфері розбудови сільських територій. З метою здійснення порівняльної оцінки ефективності виробництва продукції тваринництва в різних сегментах аграрного виробництва автор використав власну методику, засновану на наукових розробках фахівців ННЦ «Інститут аграрної економіки». В рамках статті проведено відповідний порівняльний аналіз ефективності господарської діяльності у виробництві молока, свинарстві, птахівництві. EN: The article is devoted to the study of the functioning of livestock industries in private peasant farms. The important socio-economic significance of representatives of the small-scale agricultural sector in the modern conditions of the formation of this industry in the system of the national economy, as well as the problems in the field of rural development, is substantiated. In order to carry out a comparative assessment of the efficiency of livestock production in different segments of agricultural production, the author used his own methodology, based on the scientific developments of the specialists of the NSC "Institute of Agricultural Economics". Within the framework of the article an appropriate comparative analysis of the efficiency of the economic activity in the production of milk, pig breeding, poultry farming was conducted. It is proved that the state of livestock functioning in peasant households has fundamental differences due to the peculiarities of the organization of production in the small-scale agricultural production sector and the general tendencies of the corresponding branch development in the scale of the agro-industrial complex. This, in particular, concerns the high proportion of manual labor, as well as the critical nature of the use of grown products in peasant households. Under these conditions, even relatively small production costs can not correct the overall loss-making nature of livestock in the personal sector. Conclusions The article investigates the current state and prospects of the development of livestock production in individual peasant farms. A comparative analysis of the efficiency of the economic activity of the small-scale sector representatives in agricultural enterprises in a number of relevant branch directions was carried out on the example of farms of the Steppe zone of Ukraine. The main problems of functioning of separate directions are highlighted and ways of their elimination are determined.
