Глобалізаційні виклики та їх вплив на економічну безпеку продовольчого сектору України

Abstract

UKR: У статті досліджено вплив глобалізаційних викликів на економічну безпеку продовольчого сектору України в умовах трансформації світових ринків, посилення конкуренції та геополітичної нестабільності. Визначено, що продовольчий сектор є ключовою складовою національної економіки та важливим чинником продовольчої безпеки держави. Проаналізовано основні загрози, зокрема залежність від зовнішніх ринків, логістичні ризики, фінансову нестабільність і зниження інвестиційної активності. Обґрунтовано необхідність державної підтримки аграрного виробництва, диверсифікації зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків, розвитку інновацій та підвищення стійкості продовольчої системи України до глобальних викликів. Запропоновано напрями зміцнення конкурентоспроможності аграрної продукції та стабільності внутрішнього продовольчого ринку. ENG: The article examines the impact of globalization challenges on the state of economic security of Ukraine’s food sector in the context of transformations in global economic processes, increasing international competition, geopolitical instability, and the growing risks in global food supply chains. It is substantiated that the food sector is one of the key components of Ukraine’s national economy and an important element in ensuring the food and economic security of the state. The main globalization factors affecting the functioning of the food sector are identified, including integration into global markets, changes in the structure of international trade in agricultural products, fluctuations in global food prices, technological transformation of production, strengthening of environmental requirements, and the influence of geopolitical conflicts on food supply chains. The key threats to the economic security of Ukraine’s food sector are analyzed, which manifest themselves in the growing dependence on external markets, disruption of logistics systems, instability of the financial and economic environment, and a decline in investment activity. Particular attention is paid to the impact of military actions on the functioning of the agri-food system, in particular on production capacities, export potential, and the stability of the domestic food market. The necessity of forming an effective system for managing the economic security of the food sector is substantiated, which involves strengthening state support for agricultural production, diversification of foreign economic relations, development of innovative technologies, improvement of the institutional environment, and increasing the resilience of national food systems to global challenges. Directions for increasing the level of economic security of Ukraine’s food sector in the context of globalization transformations are proposed, aimed at ensuring production stability, enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products, and strengthening the food security of the state.
