UA: У статті розглядаються особливості управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств фармацевтичної галузі. Визначено ключові чинники, що впливають на ефективність інноваційних процесів, зокрема науково-технічний прогрес, регуляторне середовище та інвестиційну політику. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до управління інноваціями, зокрема використання цифрових технологій, стратегічного партнерства та досліджень і розробок.
