Стратегічне управління інвестиційними проєктами енергетичних компаній на засадах діджиталізації

Abstract

UKR: Сучасний розвиток енергетичного сектору України відбувається під впливом воєнних руйнувань, необхідності відновлення критичної інфраструктури, інтеграції з європейським енергетичним ринком, глобальної декарбонізації, розвитку розподіленої генерації, цифровізації управлінських процесів і зростання вимог до інвестиційної прозорості. Досліджено стратегічне управління інвестиційними проєктами енергетичних компаній України на засадах діджиталізації. Проведено статистичний аналіз розвитку енергетичного сектору України, охарактеризовано діяльність ключових енергетичних компаній, визначено їх сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості й загрози. Здійснено PESTEL-аналіз енергетичного сектору України та надано стратегічну оцінку його розвитку у розрізі регіонів. Запропоновано економіко-математичну модель перспективного аналізу розвитку енергетичного сектору, яка поєднує оцінювання інвестиційної ефективності, цифрової зрілості, енергетичної стійкості, регіональної вразливості, екологічного ефекту та ризиків. ENG: The article examines the strategic management of investment projects of Ukrainian energy companies based on digitalization. The relevance of the study is determined by the simultaneous impact of wartime destruction, the need to restore critical infrastructure, integration with the European energy market, global decarbonization, the development of distributed generation, digital transformation of management processes and increasing requirements for investment transparency. The article provides a statistical analysis of the development of Ukraine’s energy sector, characterizes the activities of key energy companies and identifies their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. A PESTEL analysis of Ukraine’s energy sector is carried out, and a strategic assessment of its development is proposed by regions. The findings show that, despite wartime destruction, the sector has retained operational continuity due to nuclear generation, transmission system coordination, rapid repairs, international support and institutional adaptation. However, centralized generation, damaged networks, investment shortages, regulatory uncertainty, cyber threats and regional disparities remain constraints. The study develops an economic and mathematical model for retrospective and prospective analysis of the energy sector, combining indicators of investment efficiency, digital maturity, energy resilience, regional vulnerability, environmental impact and risk exposure. The proposed model allows energy companies and public authorities to compare investment projects, prioritize project portfolios, assess regional needs and select strategic scenarios for recovery, modernization and decentralization. Priority measures include decentralized generation, microgrids, grid modernization, lower technological losses and investment incentives for small-scale energy facilities. The practical value of the research lies in the possibility of applying the model to digital investment portfolio management, strategic planning of energy enterprises and the formation of evidence-based public policy for the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s energy sector. Further research should validate the model using company data and integrate it with ESG reporting and a digital portfolio dashboard.
