Інвестиційна привабливість сучасної системи інфраструктури туристичної галузі

Abstract

UKR :У даній статі розглянуто сучасний стан формування та побудови системи інвестиційного забезпечення розвитку інфраструктури туризму. Підвищення туристичної активності в Україні зумовлює необхідність внесення змін у розвиток туристичної інфраструктури, покращення її якісних складових. Перспективним шляхом вирішення цього завдання є підвищення інвестицій ної привабливості туристичної галузі. Спостерігається міцний взаємозв’язок між розмірами капітальних інвестицій в туристичну сферу діяльності та вкладом туризму в ВВП країни. За допомогою регресійного аналізу вста новлено, що на 96% загальний вклад туризму в ВВП України залежить саме від капітальних інвестицій. Виявлено, що за відсутності інвестицій спостерігатиметься тенденція зниження ролі галузі в формуванні ВВП країни щорічно на 6,5 млрд. грн. Сформовано систему інфраструктури туризму, що враховує функціональне призначення об’єкта інфраструктури на різних стадіях життєвого циклу туристичної діяльності. Запропо нована система є багаторівневою взаємозалежною структурою, що дає можливість визначити більш чітку функціональну диференціацію інфраструктури туризму. Установлено, що жодний з елементів інфраструктури туризму не є інвестиційно привабливим, а це підкреслює факт нерозвиненості галузі. Основні інвестиційні ін’єкції припадають на ресурснодобувну та ресурснопереробну промисловості, енергетику, фінансову діяльність, ІТ-технології. Туристична галузь, маючи слабкі конкурентні позиції на ринку інвестиційних пропозицій, залишається недоінвестованою. \\\\\\\\ENG: This article examines the current state of formation and construction of the system of investment support for the development of tourism infrastructure. The increase in tourist activity in Ukraine makes it necessary to make changes in the development of tourist infrastructure and improve its quality components. A promising way to solve this problem is to increase the investment attractiveness of the tourism industry. There is a strong relationship between the size of capital investments in the tourism sector and the contribution of tourism to the country’s GDP. With the help of regression analysis, it was established that 96% of the total contribution of tourism to the GDP of Ukraine depends on capital investments. It was revealed that in the absence of investments, there will be a tendency to decrease the role of the industry in the formation of the country’s GDP annually by UAN 6,5 billion. A system of tourism infrastructure has been formed, which takes into account the functional purpose of the infrastructure object at various stages of the life cycle of tourism activity. The proposed system is a multi-level interdependent structure that makes it possible to define a clearer functional differentiation of tourism infrastructure. It was established that none of the elements of the tourism infrastructure are attractive for investment, and this emphasizes the fact that the industry is underdeveloped. The main investment injections fall into the resource-extracting and resource-processing industries, energy, financial activities, and IT technologies. The tourism industry, having a weak competitive position in the market of investment proposals, remains underinvested.
