Розвиток soft skills у контексті навчання іноземної мови

UK: В умовах зростання вимог сучасного ринку праці, найбільш релевантним способом вдосконалення навичок працевлаштування випускників та підвищення їх адаптації до потреб ринку праці є розвиток їхніх м’яких навичок. У статті розглянуто поняття «soft skills» та роз’яснено значення цих навичок для випускників закладів вищої освіти, проаналізовано деякі методи навчання іншомовного спілкування з метою розвитку м’яких навичок. EN: In the context of the increasing demands of the modern labor market, the development of soft skills is the most relevant way to improve the graduates’ jobseeking abilities and increase their adaptation to the needs of the labor market. The article describes the concept of “soft skills” and explains their importance for graduates of higher educational establishments, analyzes some methods of teaching foreign language communication for the purpose of soft skills development.
