Abstract

UK: В статті розглянуто теоретичні засади функціонування селянських господарств на засадах соціальної відповідальності. Відмічається відсутність національної стратегії соціально відповідального функціонування селянських господарств. Сформульовано основні засади стратегії розвитку селянських господарств на принципах соціальної відповідальності. Доведено необхідність застосування інституційного підходу як науково-методологічної бази відповідних заходів в сфері державної політики. EN: In the article the theoretical principles of functioning of peasant farms on the principles of social responsibility are considered. An important role of peasant farms as an integral part of the national economy is proved. It is noted that one of the conditions for the further effective development of the domestic agrarian sector is the response to world trends, which determine the basic principles of technical, technological, organizational, economic and regulatory support. There is a lack of a national strategy of socially responsible functioning of peasant farms. It is noted that the system of socially responsible relations should bind between state institutions, business environment and population, at the same time, each of these elements has not only rights but also responsibilities. To note the uniqueness of the nature of peasant farms, as they dialectically combine all the components of this system of relations. The necessity of changing the strategic directions of the state policy in the field of small agricultural production is substantiated. The main principles of the development strategy of peasant farms on the principles of social responsibility are formulated. The necessity of using the institutional approach as a scientific and methodological base of corresponding measures in the sphere of state policy is proved. The stages of implementation of this program at the local, regional and national levels are determined and analyzed. The main problems of ensuring the development of peasant farms on the principles of social responsibility are investigated. The necessity of optimizing the information and personnel support system of functioning of peasant farms as an integral part of their transition to the principles of social responsibility is proved.
