UK: В статті розглянуто принципи бізнес-адміністрування організацій в ринкових умовах. Це, з одного боку, дає чітке уявлення про складність завдань, які постають перед підприємствами в сучасних умовах господарювання, а з іншого, – можливість використати бізнес-адміністрування, як інструмент менеджменту для функціонування малих підприємств України. Для забезпечення високих результатів діяльності підприємств важливою є організація раціонального бізнес-адміністрування. Це має забезпечити продуктивну діяльність усієї системи та високі прибутки за результатами виробничої діяльності. EN: The article deals with one of the complex administrative processes, namely, business administration, a field of activity that ensures the coordination of all other processes. In addition, the essence, principles of business administration of organizations in the market conditions are considered. This, on the one hand, gives a clear idea of the complexity of the tasks facing the enterprises in the current conditions of management, and on the other hand, - enable the use of business administration as a management tool for the functioning of small enterprises in the conditions of the financial crisis, the limited material and financial resources. Today, the activities of logistics enterprises take place under conditions of risk and uncertainty, lack of financing, imperfection of the legislative and normative base, etc. In this regard, in order to ensure the high performance of such enterprises, a rational organization of business administration is necessary. The above confirms the actuality of the research topic and reveals a wider range for further study of this issue. The system representation of the logistics company provides a clearly defined scheme, in which the financial component is influenced by the interaction of the processes of procurement, warehousing, processing and marketing on each of these processes, which proves the economic feasibility of using business administration for such enterprises. Introducing the logistics business as a system, it is necessary to emphasize the impact of business administration on the micro and macro environment of this system. Directly or indirectly, business administration factors affect the activity / interaction of the internal and external environment of the enterprise. It is this approach that should ensure productive activity of the entire system and high returns on the results of production activities.
