Abstract

UK: Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 - економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). - Таврійський державний агротехнологічний університет, Мелітополь, 2017. У дисертаційній роботі уточнено тлумачення сутності категорій «економічний результат». Визначено особливості формування економічних результатів діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Сформовано методичний підхід до оцінки складових частин економічного результату сільськогосподарських підприємств. Досліджено динаміку та стан основних галузей сільськогосподарського виробництва за основними показниками інтенсифікації виробництва. Проведено оцінку фінансових та економічних складових у контексті формування прибутку сільськогосподарських підприємств. Виявлено сучасні проблеми у виробничій діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Обґрунтовано пропозиції покращення економічних результатів за рахунок задіяння прихованого потенціалу сільськогосподарських підприємств. Розроблено модель оптимізації вибору напряму виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції. This thesis defines more precisely the interpretation matter of the “economic performance” category. The outcomes of economic activity at the agricultural enterprise present the overall efficiency of its economic potential including regular personnel, technical, operational, financial and organizational capacity. It also characterizes the general capabilities and the specific activities of the enterprise. The economic performance of an agricultural enterprise is the amount of manufactured and sold products, the intensification activity, the gross revenue and the profit. The features of the economic results formation in the agricultural enterprises were determined. The economic essence of the concept of profit through its main features was disclosed. It was investigated and ascertained the main theoretical components as to the principle of bifurcation use. This approach allows us to apply scientific research based on existing multidimensional directions, the observance of the priority as for the achieving a positive final result. Based on existing methods it was developed the own one, which allows the estimation of reserves for increasing the economic results. It provides for the process of managing their profit margin through the calculation and accounting for changes in the level of productivity of the main agricultural product and by-products, in the production system of the company, provided a clear structuring of its elements. It was developed an integrated indicator concerning the efficiency of activity at the agricultural enterprises in the form of the economic effectiveness coefficient. The calculated value of the coefficient confirms a sufficient level of the agricultural enterprises intensity in the Luhansk region. The evaluation of the status of production of the main agricultural products the main indicators characterizing economic performance. The analysis of changes in key performance indicators in the dynamics was conducted. The tools for formation and management of economic results are researched and identified, that allows optimizing them at the expense of managerial decisions and organizational change. In particular, it could be the implementation an alternative industry of beekeeping to the production. One of the important conditions of the efficiency increasing concerning the agricultural production and products of beekeeping in particular is the availability of appropriate fodder supplies and their effective use. The correct combination of them would provide bees with a continuous feed conveyor, cattle would be supplied with sufficient fodder, crop productivity and soil fertility would raise in the agricultural practices. Optimization of the production system includes realization as to clear differentiation for identifying hidden opportunities of complementarity in the economic activities. Hidden opportunities for improving the economic results are reflected in the development of action courses aimed at enhancing the reserves of potential requiring the incorporation of the subsidiary, related activities and alternative agricultural branches. Optimization of productional and sectoral structure at agricultural enterprises will allow increasing the synergy effect of activities subject to multidirectional positive impact of the production system elements, which have a complementary relationship. The results of the calculated economic and mathematical models confirm that provided the use of perennial grasses and the development of beekeeping in the optimal measures, the economic results will increase. The beekeeping industry is also to be considered by the industrial, economic, technological, social and agroecology indicators. We developed a list of recommendations for upgrading the effectiveness of economic activity in the agricultural enterprises owing to beekeeping.
