Abstract: UK: У статті представлено пропозиції щодо моделювання конкурентоспроможності продукції. Запропоновано модель оцінки рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства, яка базується на методах системного аналізу. EN: Problem. The success of each commodity producer is evaluated by the level of production efficiency. It is mainly due to the degree of social needs satisfaction at the lowest cost. Nowadays goods quality and competitiveness are the defining characteristics that form the social needs. Under economy openness after Ukraine's accession to the WTO, strengthening the processes of globalization, increased competition, the need to find new ways for improvement of domestic enterprises competitiveness has become the most acute. The enterprise competitiveness depends on its ability to meet consumers’ needs, the most important estimation parameter of which is quality. The level of product quality can not be constant. Products are technically advanced, comfortable, beautiful, fashionable till they won’t be replaced by the new, more perfect ones. It is being presupposed by the technological progress in science and technology. But at each time stage the product quality should be optimal, to meet the consumers’ needs at relatively low costs. Results. The tasks for products competitiveness modeling are: identification of the most important factors that influence the competitiveness of enterprise products; their combining into a single model; products competitiveness definition and assessment at the market; distinguishing the trends in individual product parameters change and competitiveness. Consideration of factor of consumer preferences is obligatory in modelling. Such an economic category, as use value of products is manifested in evaluation of product quality by buyers combined with its consumer benefits. It characterizes how products satisfy a human need. The most important factors that determine price is the level of solvent demand and production costs. The level of solvent demand depends on whether consumers will buy the offered product. Conclusions. The most complete and comprehensive evaluation of products competitiveness is being provided if all the characteristics of the test object under consideration have being identified at all the stages of its life cycle.
