Перспективи зростання продуктивності роботи машинно-тракторного агрегата

Abstract

UK: Одним із найважливіших показників функціонування того чи іншого машинно-тракторного агрегата (МТА) є продуктивність роботи (W) за 1 годину основного часу. На практиці вона визначається швидкістю робочого руху МТА (V) та його робочою шириною захвату (В^. Для забезпечення реального переміщення машинно-тракторного агрегата шириною захвату Вр в режимі руху V двигун трактора повинен мати відповідну номінальну потужність N . З урахуванням цього для аналізу нами використано формулу, яка відтворює функціональний зв 'язок між продуктивністю роботи МТА W і номінальною потужністю його двигуна А/е. Із двох шляхів підвищення величини W: 1) завдяки зростанню швидкісного режиму руху МТА V і 2) завдяки збільшенню конструктивного параметра В,, більш перспективним є другий. У роботі розрахунками встановлено, що за збільшення ширини захвату агрегата Вр у два рази (з 8 до 16 м) величина номінальної потужності двигуна А//Вр) має бути більшою практично у стільки ж разів (збільшеною з 63 до 128 кВт). Водночас, за такого ж (у два рази) росту робочої швидкості агрегата (з 8 до 16 км/год) номінальна потужність двигуна /V/ \/р) має бути збільшена з 82 до 216 кВт, тобто більше, ніж у 2,6 рази. При цьому, як випливає із розрахунків, за зростання величин Вр і V у два рази кожна у першому випадку маса трактора має бути більшою приблизно на 1 т, а у другому на 2 т. Для зменшення транспортних габаритів широкозахватних МТА конструкції останніх пропонується створювати на основі напівнавіснихдво- або тримашинних зчіпок. Польові випробування таких агрегатів, проведені у Таврійському державному агротехнологічному університеті, показали технічну здійсненність і доцільність їх упровадження у сільськогосподарське виробництво. EN: One of the most important function indicators of the one or another machine-tractor unit (MTU) is its productivity per 1 hour of normal time (W). On the practice, it depends on the speed of the working movement of the MTU (Vp) and its working width (Bp). To ensure a real movement of the MTU with a working width Bp, in the driving mode Vp, the tractor engine must have an appropriate nominal power Ne. Taking this into account we used for our analysis a formula that shows the functional connection between the productivity of MTU W and the nominal power of its engine Ne. Two ways of the 1/1/ value increasing are: 1) due to the increase in the speed mode of the MTU motion Vp and 2) by the B parameter increasing, the second way is more perspective one. In this article the cal-culations have established that with the increasing of the width of the unit Bp twice (from 8 to 16 m) the nominal power of the engine NJBp) has to be larger in practically the same number of times (in-creased from 63 to 128 kW). At the same time, with the same increasing (i.e. in two times) in the working speed of the unit (from 8 to 16 km/h), the rated power of the engine NJVp) should be in-creased from 82 to 216 kW, i.e. more than in 2.6 times. In this case, as follows from the calculations, with the increasing values of the parameters Bp, and Vp twice in the first case, the mass of the tractor has to be bigger about by 1 t, in the second has to by 2 t. To reduce the transport dimensions of the wide-cutting MTU, it is proposed to design them on the basis of the semi-mounted two- or three-machine couplers. Field tests of such units, conducted by Tavria State Agrotechnological University, showed their technical feasibility and practicability of introduction into the agricultural production of the country.
