Краткий осмотр (реферат): UK: У статті схарактеризовано акмеологічний аспект навчально-виховногосередовища вищого навчального закладу та проаналізовано якість психолого-педагогічної підготовки майбутніх викладачів природничо-математичних дисциплін. EN: The national strategy of the development of education in Ukraine to 2012 – 2021 yearsdefines the main directions, priorities, tasks and mechanisms of realization of state politics in thefield of education, especially in professional and technical. The most important for state is education people of innovational type of thinking and culture, projecting the acmeological educational space with accounting the innovational development of education, personality’s needs and also needs of society and state. Inadequate responsibility of educational services to needs of personality can provoke the imperfect professional attitude according to needs of labour market. That’s why there is a necessity in improvement of quality of education on the innovational basis and creating modern psychological and pedagogical accompaniment. The purpose of the article is theoretical grounding of acmeological determinants of professional development of future teachers of nature and mathematical disciplines of professional and technical educational establishments. In the article there have been defined the notion of professional "acme" and reflected internal and external conditions of its achievement; professionalism has been considered as a acmeological category; there have been given the understanding of the terms "determinant" and "determinanta" in modern realities; the acmeological aspect of educational environment has been characterized; there have been characterized the quality of psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers of nature and mathematical disciplines. Conclusions. On the basis of the standards of higher education there have been defined the inadequate orientation of psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers of vocational schools on the forming of social and personality competence which is responsible for independent professional growth in the conditions of higher educational establishment and out of it. Influential determinants of professional development is acmeological subjective and objective parts, which will be contribute to improvement of quality of preparation of future teachers of professional and technical educational establishments.
