Ефективність гомогенізації молока в пульсаційному апараті з вібруючим ротором

Abstract

UK: У статті для визначення ефективності гомогенізації молока в пульсаційному апараті з вібруючим ротором введений показник, який враховує ступінь подрібнення жирової фази та питомі енерговитрати. В результаті аналізу цього показника досліджено вплив основних факторів: діаметру ротора, частоти обертання, кількості отворів і амплітуди вібрації ротора на енергоефективність апарату. EN: In the article to determine the efficiency of milk homogenization in the pulsation mechanism with a vibrating rotor we introduced the index which takes into account the dispersing degree of the fatty phase and specific power inputs. This index analysis defined the influence of the main factors: rotor diameter, rotation frequency, amount of openings and amplitude of rotor vibration on the efficiency of the mechanism.
