Технічна підготовка виробництва деталі «Корпус розподілювача»

Abstract

UA: Рівень технічної підготовки виробництва залежить від багатьох чинників (технічних, економічних та організаційних). Технічні чинники включають розроблення й упровадження стандартних та нестандартних технологічних процесів, використання стандартизованого та єдиного технологічного обладнання. Економічні чинники включають поетапне фінансування на відкритому повітрі роботи з технічної підготовки виробництва, надання пільгових позик, створення фонду для стимулювання розвитку (виробництва для виробництва) нових продуктів. Організаційні чинники включають розроблення та поглиблення спеціалізації виробництва, сертифікацію якості технологічних процесів та засобів технологічного обладнання, нерівномірного обладнання на основі результатів оцінки якості прототипу або першої промислової партії продукції основного виробництва та вдосконалення організації допоміжного виробництва. Підготовка до впровадження нового обладнання, виробу, новітніх технологічних процесів або модернізація застарілих виробів та існуючих технологій ініціюється в науково-дослідних інститутах і проєктно-конструкторських організаціях галузі. Подальша реалізація робіт здійснюється на підприємствах чи об'єднаннях за безпосередньої участі заводських структур управління науково-технічним розвитком. Технічна підготовка виробництва включає фази наукового дослідження нових моделей або верифікації його результатів щодо розроблення чи вдосконалення технологічних процесів у лабораторних умовах. Надалі вся ця документація передається безпосередньо на підприємство, де розпочинається технічна підготовка виробництва. Вона охоплює організацію робіт з освоєння нових виробів, поліпшення існуючих конструкцій, а також з упровадження нових і оптимізації діючих технологічних процесів. У роботі відображено етапи створення конструкторської та технологічної документації. Авторами проведена якісна оцінка технологічності конструкції дeтaлі, яка виконувалася за пoкaзникaми: матеріал деталі, жорсткість деталі, конфігурація деталі, співвідношення кількості оброблюваних та необроблюваних поверхонь, відповідність шорсткості й точності поверхонь дeтaлі, та зроблено висновок. /// EN: The level of technical preparation of production depends on many factors (technical, economic and organizational). Preparation for the introduction of new equipment, product, the latest technological processes or modernization of outdated products and existing technologies is initiated in research institutes and project organizations of the industry. Further implementation of works is carried out at enterprises or associations with the direct participation of factory structures of management of scientific and technical development. Technical preparation of production includes phases of scientific research of new models or verification of its results in the development or improvement of technological processes in laboratory conditions. In the future, all this documentation is transferred directly to the enterprise, where the technical preparation of production begins at the enterprise itself.It covers the organization of works on the development of new products, improvement of existing structures, as well as the introduction of new and optimization of existing technological processes. The work shows the stages of creation of design and technological documentation. The authors conducted a qualitative evaluation of the devotion of the comment, which was called out: material of the workpiece, the rigidity of the workpiece, the configuration of the workpiece, the ratio of the number of processed and unprocessed surfaces, the correspondence of the roughness and the statement.
