Удосконалення системи керування електроприводу дробарки концентрованих кормів

Abstract

UA: В роботі проведений аналіз конструкцій і особливостей електроприводу дробарок концентрованих кормів, способів покращення енергетичних і динамічних показників електроприводу дробарок. Розглянуто технологію виробництва концентрованих кормів, вибране технологічне та електросилове обладнання. Розроблені схеми електрична функційна та електрична принципова керування електроприводом дробарки.В роботі проведено теоретичне дослідження пускових динамічних процесів електроприводу дробарки концентрованих кормів, розглянуті динамічні пока зники та способи покращення динамічних показників електроприводу. Проведено моделювання енергетичних і динамічних показників електроприводу та моделювання процесу пуску електроприводу дробарки при обмеженні швидкості зростання прикладеної напруги з використанням програми Matlab 6.12 і пакету прикладних програм Simulink 5.0. За результатами моделювання були отримані наступні залежності: кутової швидкості, струму статора, електромагнітного моменту, температури електродвигуна від часу моделювання. В роботі також вирішені питання охорони праці при експлуатації електрообладнання дробарки концентрованих кормів. Доцільність прийнятих рішень підтверджено техніко- економічними розрахунками. /// EN:The thesis analyzes the structures and features of the electric drive of concentrated feed crushers, methods for improving the energy and dynamic indicators of the electric drive of crushers. The technology of concentrated feed production is considered, technological and electric power equipment is selected. Electrical functional and electrical principle control schemes of the electric drive of the crusher are developed. The thesis conducts a theoretical study of the starting dynamic processes of the electric drive of the concentrated feed crusher, considers dynamic indicators and methods for improving the dynamic indicators of the electric drive. The modeling of the energy and dynamic indicators of the electric drive and the modeling of the process of starting the electric drive of the crusher with a limited rate of increase in the applied voltage using the Matlab 6.12 program and the Simulink 5.0 application program package were carried out. According to the modeling results, the following dependencies were obtained: angular velocity, stator current, electromagnetic torque, electric motor temperature on the modeling time. The thesis also addresses issues of labor protection during the operation of electrical equipment of a concentrated feed crusher. The feasibility of the decisions made is confirmed by technical and economic calculations.
