Цифрова економіка як каталізатор інновацій у сучасних бізнес-моделях: нові можливості та ризики

Abstract

UKR: В умовах сьогодення цифрова економіка стає майже основним чинником, який визначає конкурентну перевагу і життєздатність сучасних підприємств в бізнес- середовищі. Актуальність дослідження набуває особливого значення у світлі важливості забезпечення неперервності бізнес-процесів в умовах макроекономічної нестабільностіДослідження спрямоване на встановлення практичних основ цифрової трансформації на прикладі України в нестабільних умовах і розробку рекомендацій щодо покращення розвитку трансформаційних процесів цифровізації. За допомогою економіко- статистичного методу було проаналізовано документи, звіти та іншу публічну інформацію, яка стосується цифрової трансформації в Україні та інших країнах, що дозволило дослідити стан інноваційного розвитку в країні та виокремити ключові показники і тенденції розвитку цифрової економіки. Метод систематизації та класифікації використовувався для організації і структурування інформації. За допомогою даного методу класифіковано різноманітні технологічні інновації, бізнес- процеси, можливості та ризики цифрової трансформації у сучасному світі. Дослідження включало визначення можливостей цифрової економіки, таких як: підвищення продуктивності, вдосконалення доступу до інформації, швидкість реакції на зміни, збільшення рівня інноваційності бізнес-процесів, розширення ринків цифрової трансформації. Також акцентовано увагу і на ризиках цифрової економіки. В статті проведено порівняльний аналіз цифрової економіки України з топ-10 найкращих цифрових економік світу. З’ясовано, що незважаючи на великі зусилля, які робляться з боку уряду країни та бізнес-структур, Україна поки що значно від них відстає. По результатам дослідження авторами сформовано основні напрями щодо вдосконалення цифрової економіки країни. Подальші дослідження можуть бути спрямовані на аналіз впливу воєнного стану на цифрову трансформацію бізнесу та розробку стратегій адаптації в умовах кризи. ////////////////////// ENG :In today's environment, the digital economy is becoming almost the main factor determining the competitive advantage and viability of modern enterprises in macroeconomic volatility. The rel- evance of the study is especially important in light of the importance of ensuring the continuity of business processes in an unstable environment. The study is aimed at establishing the practical foundations of digital transformation on the example of Ukraine in an unstable environment and developing recommendations for improving the development of digitalization transformation processes. The economic and statistical method was used to analyze documents, reports, and other public information related to digital transformation in Ukraine and other countries, which allowed us to study the state of innovation development in the country and identify key indicators and trends in the development of the digital economy. The method of systematization and classification was used to organize and structure information. This method was used to classify various technological innovations, business processes, opportunities and risks of digital transformation in the modern world. The study included the identification of opportunities for the digital economy, such as increased productivity, improved access to information, speed of response to changes, increased innovation in business processes, and expansion of digital transformation markets. The author also focuses on the risks of the digital economy. The article conducts a comparative analysis of Ukraine's digital economy with the top 10 digital economies in the world. It is found that despite the great efforts made by the government and the business community, Ukraine is still far behind them. Based on the results of the study, the authors formulated the main directions for improving the country's digital economy. Further research may focus on analyzing the impact of martial law on the digital transformation of business and developing strategies for adaptation in times of crisis.
