Методика наукових досліджень у грибівництві.

Abstract

Ukr :Викладено основи дослідної справи й особливості проведення дослідів у грибівництві. Описано загальні вимоги щодо організації досліджень за інтенсивних методів культивування грибів, методи дослідження елементів технології грибівництва, особливості проведення дослідження з чистою культурою та методи виготовлення і дослідження посівного матеріалу. Описано методи підготовки, аналізу та інтерпретації одержаних наукових даних у грибівництві, порядок ведення документації та звітності. Методика розрахована на наукових працівників, викладачів закладів вищої освіти, дослідників, здобувачів освітнього рівня «Бакалавр»і «Магістр».////////////////////////ENG There were described the basics of research work and features of experiments inmushroom cultivation. The general requirements for the organization of research on inten-sive methods of mushroom cultivation, research methods for the elements of mushroomgrowing technology, features of conducting research with pure culture, and methods ofmanufacturing and researching seed material were shown as well. Also, there were de-scribed the methods of preparation, analysis, and interpretation of scientific data obtainedin mushroom cultivation, and the procedure for keeping documentation and reporting.The methodology is intended for researchers, teachers of institutions of higher educa-tion, and graduates of the «Bachelor» and «Master’s» educational levels.
