Інноваційна діяльність сільськогосподарських підприємств в контексті нових викликів суспільства

Abstract

UKR: Нині Україна знаходиться в пошуку ефективних заходів щодо стабілізації та подальшого поліпшення ситуації в аграрному секторі, вдаючись при цьому до усунення факторів і проблем, що негативно на розвиток інновацій, тим самим намагаючись відновити колишню могутність сільськогосподарського виробництва країни. Інноваційну діяльність у сільському господарстві слід вважати довгостроковою інвестицією в підприємство, що полягає у впровадженні досягнень науково-технічного прогресу з метою підвищення якості та кількості виробленої продукції. Нині інноваційна діяльність у сільському господарстві за своєю суттю є складним процесом управління природно-виробничо-економічними системами з розробкою, створенням та практичним застосуванням нових технічних, біологічних та хімічних засобів та технологічних процесів.Посилення інноваційної активності, формування ринку інновацій в аграрному секторі мають займати центральне місце у реалізації державної економічної політики в сфері аграрного бізнесу. Активна державна інноваційна політика є необхідною умовою успішної розробки та комерціалізації інновацій, основою для забезпечення сталого розвитку сільських територій, підвищення якості життя на селі, подальшого зростання ефективності агровиробництва та конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної сільськогосподарської продукції.|||||||||||||||||||||||| ENG : Currently, Ukraine is in search of effective measures to stabilize and further improve the situation in the agricultural sector, while resorting to the elimination of factors and problems that negatively affect the development of innovations, thereby trying to restore the former power of the country's agricultural production. Innovative activity in agriculture should be considered a long-term investment in the enterprise, which consists in implementing the achievements of scientific and technical progress with the aim of increasing the quality and quantity of produced products. Nowadays, innovative activity in agriculture is inherently a complex process of managing natural-production-economic systems with the development, creation and practical application of new technical, biological and chemical means and technological processes. The basis of the innovative development of crop production is seed production. Scientific support for seed production is carried out by research institutions of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (46 research institutes and research stations, about 135 research farms), the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, other research institutions, scientific organizations and individuals working in the field seed production. Today, along with the introduction of modern varieties and hybrids and the development of modern cultivation technologies, it is necessary to finance innovative projects in breeding and seed production, including the reconstruction of seed and storage facilities, as well as to rationally use the bioclimatic potential and natural and climatic conditions of the zone. The strengthening of innovative activity, the formation of the innovation market in the agrarian sector should occupy a central place in the implementation of state economic policy in the field of agrarian business. An active state innovation policy is a necessary condition for the successful development and commercialization of innovations, the basis for ensuring the sustainable development of rural areas, improving the quality of life in the countryside, further increasing the efficiency of agricultural production and the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products.
