Оцінка перспектив розвитку молочних автоматів і економічної ефективності їх оснащення гомогенізаторами

Abstract

UA: В статті запропоновано оснащення автомату для розливу молока гомогенізатором. З метою оцінки перспектив розвитку молочних автоматів проведено аналіз переваг та недоліків їх використання для продавців. Проведено оцінку переваг та недоліків від впровадження молокоматів з точки зору покупців. З метою підвищення надійності міжремонтної роботи молокоматів та забезпечення населення продуктом високої якості наведено аналіз найбільш поширених та перспективних конструкцій гомогенізаторів. Зроблено висновок, що за умови мінімізації енергетичних витрат при забезпеченні найменшого середнього діаметра жирових кульок рекомендовано для оснащення молочного автомату гомогенізатор пульсаційного типу. Проведена оцінка економічної ефективності оснащення автоматів для розливу молока свідчить про несуттєве збільшення (1,4 місяці) терміну окупності при використанні пульсаційного гомогенізатора, що свідчить про високу економічну ефективність запропонованого заходу. EN: In the article, it was proposed to equip the milk filling machine with a homogenizer. Based on the method of assessing the prospects for the development of dairy automatic machines, an analysis was made of the benefits and shortcomings of their choice for sellers. An assessment was made of the efficiency and short supply of dairy machines from the point of view of buyers. It is concluded that provided that some minor shortcomings are eliminated, milk machines are a promising and convenient way to sell milk. Entrepreneurs are advised to focus on the purchase of the latest designs of dairy machines, which have a number of advantages, including protection against vandals, eliminate the formation of foam when pouring the product, equipped with two removable containers with a capacity of 200 and 230 liters. Recommendations are given regarding the need to develop instructions and install them on each of the vending machines to facilitate the use of the device for the elderly. In order to eliminate the fears of consumers about the consumption of raw milk, it is recommended to conduct an advertising and educational campaign. In order to increase the reliability of maintenance of vending machines and provide the population with a high quality product, an analysis of the most common and promising designs of homogenizers. It is concluded that in the condition of minimizing energy costs while providing the smallest average diameter of fat globules, a pulsating type homogenizer is recommended for equipping a milk machine. The obtained data of calculations which show that to receive profit at the level of 34500 UAH/month is possible on condition of daily realization of 200 l of milk at the purchase price of 7 UAH/l, the sale price of 15 UAH/l and deductions for car maintenance, operational and transport costs of 15% income. The assessment of the economic efficiency of equipping machines for bottling milk indicates a slight increase (1.4 months) in the payback period when using a pulsating homogenizer, which indicates the high economic efficiency of the proposed measure.
