Моделювання та оптимізація раціону годування дійних корів у зимовий період

Abstract

UA: В статті запропоновано методику моделювання оптимального раціону годування дійних корів у зимовий період з дотриманням відповідних зоотехнічних: по енергетичному, протеїновому, макро- і мікроелементному, амінокислотному і вітамінному складі, а також по співвідношенню різних груп, видів кормів у поживних речовинах та економічних вимог. Доведено, що для цього доцільно використовувати оптимізаційну економіко-математичну модель раціону годування тварин. При цьому використано цільову функцію – мінімальна собівартість раціону. В результаті рішення задачі лінійного програмування симплекс-методом MS Excel отримано перелік видів кормів, що входять до складу раціону дійних корів при за заданих вихідних даних. Розроблена та реалізована на тваринницькому підприємстві методика дозволить збільшити виробництво і реалізацію молока при мінімальній собівартості. EN: The article proposes a method of modeling the optimal diet for dairy cows in winter with the relevant zootechnical: energy, protein, macro-and micronutrient, amino acid and vitamin composition, as well as the ratio of different groups, types of feed in nutrients and economic requirements. Complete feeding is the basis of animal reproduction and, accordingly, increase the productivity of adult animals, promotes precocity and increase the live weight of young animals, which in turn means increasing the efficiency of the livestock industry. Proper use of feed is one of the reserves to increase and reduce the cost of production of livestock products. Depending on the conditions of each agricultural enterprise, its capabilities, it is necessary to calculate the optimal norms of animal feeding, based on scientifically sound, developed on the basis of optimization methods and models of feeding rations of each species of farm animals. It is proved that for this purpose it is expedient to use the optimization economic-mathematical model of animal feeding ration. The target function was used - the minimum cost of the diet. The source information was the content of feed units, digestible protein, calcium, phosphorus, carotene, dry matter and the cost of feed. As a result of solving the problem of linear programming by the simplex method of MS Excel, a list of feed species that are part of the diet of dairy cows with a given initial data. The following conditions are met: the need for feed units and calcium is met to a minimum, the content of carotene, protein and phosphorus is much higher than the minimum required, the amount of dry matter and concentrates meets the required, other feed groups exceed the minimum required. The methodology developed and implemented at the livestock enterprise will increase milk production and sales at a minimum cost.
