Особливості соціальної компетентності студентів педагогічного університету

Abstract

UK: У статті аналізується значення соціальної компетентності для студентів педагогічних університетів, їхньої навчальної діяльності та професійного зростання. Зазначається, що соціальна компетентність є ключовою компетентністю майбутнього фахівця в умовах впровадження компетентнісного підходу. Аналізуються переваги впровадження компетентнісного підходу в навчальний процес вищої школи й особливості його реалізації. На основі аналізу наукових праць виявлено, що розвиток соціальної компетентності відбувається постійно й динамічно в залежності від віку, набутого життєвого досвіду особистості, її психічних, психологічних, фізичних та інших особливостей. Рівень розвитку соціальної компетентності впливає на ступінь соціалізації особистості, її спроможність адаптуватися до умов суспільства. Зазначається, що соціальна компетентність є необхідною складовою для професій, пов’язаних зі спілкуванням, виконанням послуг, роботою з людьми. Вона впливає на якість спілкування, досягнення конструктивних рішень, уникнення конфліктів. Особливо це стосується майбутніх учителів, які спілкуються з учнями й готують їх до активного суспільного життя. Виявлено, що соціальна компетентність студентів педагогічних університетів має специфічні компоненти, які обумовлені специфікою обраної професії, умовами праці, особливостями професійного середовища тощо. Висвітлюються основні соціальні компетенції, якими має володіти майбутній учитель. Аналізується значення педагогічного спілкування для розвитку соціальної компетентності майбутніх учителів. Наголошується на тому, що розвиток соціальної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти передбачає вдосконалення окремих соціальних здатностей відповідно до накопиченого життєвого та професійного досвіду. Розвитку соціальної компетентності майбутніх учителів сприяє відвідування спецкурсів, використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій під час спілкування й навчання, навчально-виробничі практики, підвищення соціальної мотивації. EN: The article analyzes the importance of social competence for pedagogical university students, their educational activities and professional growth. It has been noted that social competence is a key competence of the future specialist in terms of the competence approach implementation. The advantages of the competence approach realization in the higher education process and peculiarities of its implementation have been analyzed. The analysis of scientific works revealed that the development of social competence occurs constantly and dynamically, depending on the age, life experience of the individual, personal mental, psychological, physical and other characteristics. The level of social competence development influences the degree of individual socialization, personal ability to adapt to the conditions of society. It is stated that social competence is a necessary component for the professions related to communication, service delivery and work with people. It affects the quality of communication, the achievement of constructive solutions and the avoidance of conflict. Especially, this is true for future teachers that interact with students and train them for active social life. It has been revealed that the social competence of pedagogical university students has specific components determined by the specificity of the chosen profession, working conditions, peculiarities of the professional environment, etc. Basic social competencies that future teachers should possess are highlighted. The pedagogical communication importance for the development of the social competence of future teachers is analyzed. It is emphasized that the development of students’ social competence implies the improvement of individual social abilities in accordance with the accumulated life and professional experience. Social competence development of future teachers is facilitated by attending special courses, using information and communication technologies while interacting and training, educational and production practices, and enhancing social motivation.
