UK: Авторами на основі теоретичного аналізу джерельної бази дослідження визначено групи soft skills, які є складовою професійної компетентності майбутнього фахівця. Доведено, що однією з найважливіших навичок майбутнього фахівця будь-якої галузі є комунікативність, тобто вміння спілкуватися та налагоджувати комунікативні зв’язки з соціумом.
