| Abstract: | The sources of information type of economic growth in the tourism industry are innovation and human capital. Just as the information economy is a logical consequence of the industrial one, so the role of a person in the new conditions logically becomes different – more capacious and significant, less dependent on circumstances and other people, and, consequently, more independent and creative. Thus, the place and role of person in the information economy, as well as the motives for his activities, inevitably transform in comparison with the industrial economy. |
