Abstract: RU: В русле современной философии кризиса, интерпретирующей кризис как нарушение предыдущего равновесия и переход к новому равновесию, вызванное пандемией Covid-19, кризис туристического сектора рассматривается в данной статье как повод и повод. возможность навести порядок в собственном доме, переведя свой взгляд на местный уровень, заметно обделенный в последнее время вниманием. Материалом для исследования послужил проект Стратегии развития туризма Запорожской области. В настоящее время этот проект проходит процесс согласования с гражданским обществом. EN: In the vein of the modern crisis philosophy, interpreting the crisis as a violation of the previous equilibrium and a transition to a new equilibrium caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the crisis of the tourism sector is considered in this article as an occasion and an opportunity to put things in order in your own home, turning your view to the local level, noticeably deprived of attention lately. The material for the research was the draft of the Zaporizhzhya Region Tourism Development Strategy. Currently this draft is undergoing a process of verification with the civil society. The working group on the Strategy formation identified and submitted for public discussion 4 key strategic goals: 1) tourist, recreational and auxiliary infrastructure improvement and development; 2) human resources development; 3) formation and promotion of tourist destinations in the Zaporizhzhya region; 4) Khortytsa National Reserve transformation into the tourism industry leader in Ukraine. The argumentation of the first of them and the key one is the subject of this report. The above considerations are part of the proposals expressed by the authors at the meetings of the working group on the Strategy formation and in the process of project verification. The authors conclude that the analyzed Tourism Development Strategy is an example of a program for overcoming the crisis, in the Strategy implementation process the success of domestic tourism is predicted and, as a consequence, of the regional economy, culture, and social sphere. This, in turn, can entail significant changes in the level and quality of life of those regions that have a unique natural and cultural resource, but due to the underdevelopment of the tourist infrastructure, until recently, they were not able to compete with traditional tourist destinations, remaining outside the main tourist ones and financial flows.
