Формування професійних компетентностей у майбутніх офіцерів до застосування заходів фізичного впливу

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено актуальним питанням формування професійних компетентностей у майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України (НГУ) в системі їх спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Головною метою роботи є вдосконалення технічного арсеналу застосування заходів фізичного впливу майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України. Для досягнення мети та завдань дослідження було створено науково-дослідну групу, до складу якої увійшли провідні учені та практики зазначеного напряму. Дослідження організовано впродовж 2-х етапів. На першому етапі дослідження проведено аналіз стану і науково-теоретичних передумов формування навичок застосування заходів фізичного впливу у представників силових структур та спеціальних служб України. Крім цього, членами науково-дослідної групи (фахівцями службово-прикладного рукопашного бою) здійснено аналіз стану ефективності технічного арсеналу заходів фізичного впливу майбутніх офіцерів НГУ у відповідності до діючих нормативно-правових документів з організації рукопашної підготовки військовослужбовців НГУ. Другий етап дослідження був присвячений розробленню та визначенню ефективності «Бойової системи рукопашного бою військовослужбовців НГУ» («Бойової системи») на прикладі курсантів Національної академії Національної гвардії України (НАНГУ). З метою підтвердження ефективності розробленої членами науково-дослідної групи «Бойової системи» проведено педагогічний експеримент. Досліджуваних курсантів було розподілено на контрольну групу (Кг, n=25 чол.,) та експериментальну групу (Ег, n=24 чол.,). До початку педагогічного експерименту досліджувані курсанти Кг та Ег за рівнем технічної підготовленості по застосуванню заходів фізичного впливу (рукопашного бою) в різних умовах службово-бойової діяльності достовірно не відрізнялися (Р>0.05). Упродовж педагогічного експерименту досліджувані Кг використовували традиційну методику формування навичок застосування заходів фізичного впливу, передбачену програмами навчання та керівними документами з організації фізичної підготовки (рукопашної підготовки). У свою чергу досліджувані курсанти Ег додатково використовували розроблену нами «Бойову систему». Порівнюючи показники до та після використання запропонованої нами «Бойової системи» серед досліджуваних курсантів Кг та Ег, встановлено, що результати, отримані після педагогічного експерименту в досліджуваних групах, суттєво підвищилися в порівнянні з вихідними даними, і ці відмінності в основному достовірні (Ег, P<0,05). EN: The article is devoted to topical questions of formation of Professional competence of future Officers of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) in the system of their Special Physical training. The main goal of this work is the improvement of the technical Arsenal of application of measures of physical influence Future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine. To achieve the goal and objectives of the study were established by the research group, composed of leading scientists and practitioners in the specified direction. The study is organized in two stages. In the first, stage of research the analysis of research and theoretical prerequisites for the formation of skills of application of measures of physical influence from the representatives of power structures and special services of Ukraine. In addition, members of the research group (the specialists office and applied hand-to-hand combat) carried out analysis of the effectiveness of the technical Arsenal of measures of physical influence future officers of NGU in accordance with applicable regulatory documents on the organization of close combat training, military NGU. The second phase of the study was dedicated to the development and determination of the effectiveness of the “Combat system of unarmed combat serviceman NGU” (“Battle system”) on the example of cadets of the National Academy of National guard of Ukraine (NANGU). To confirm efficiency of the developed members of the research group «Combat system», conducted pedagogical experiment. The test cadets were divided into control group (Cп, n=25 persons), and the experimental group (Eg, n=24 persons). Prior to the beginning of the pedagogical experiment the cadets investigated the Cg and the Eg according to the level of technical readiness for the application of Physical force (of unarmed combat) in various conditions of military service did not differ significantly (P>0.05). During the pedagogical experiment, the studied Kg used the traditional technique of formation of skills of application of physical effects provided by the training programs and guidance documents on the organization of physical training (close combat training). In turn, the students studied the Eg is additionally used us “Combat system”. Comparing the performance before and after using our proposed “Combat system” of cadets of the Cg and the Eg found that the results obtained after the pedagogical experiment in the test groups significantly increased in comparison with the original data and the differences are mostly significant (Eg, P<0.05).
