Abstract

UK: В статті сформульовано ряд основних принципів утримання основного стада свиноматок, дотримання яких дозволить підвищити ефективність виробництва свинини: 1. Організація технологічного процесу з можливістю роботи тваринницьких приміщень за принципом «порожньо-зайнято», який передбачає створення умов для проведення регулярної дезінфекції та проведення ремонту технологічного устаткування без шкоди здоров'ю тварин. 2. Забезпечення індивідуально-вигульного утримання свиноматок другої половини поросності. 3. Забезпечення однорідності і сталості технологічних груп при їх переміщенні з одного технологічного ділянки на іншу, що значно знижує негативний вплив стресових факторів. Организация технологического процесса с возможностью работы животноводческих помещений по принципу «пустозанято», который предусматривает создание условий для проведения регулярной дезинфекции и проведения ремонта технологического оборудования без ущерба здоровью животных. 2. Обеспечение индивидуально-выгульного содержания свиноматок второй половины супоросности. 3. Обеспечение однородности и устойчивости технологических групп при их перемещении с одного технологического участка на другой, что значительно снижает негативное влияние стрессовых факторов. EN: The urgency of the problem of increasing the efficiency of pork production is due to several factors: the objective needs of people in consumption of meat products, providing of food and light industry raw materials, importance of development of pig production for agricultural enterprises as a stable source of funds and expanded reproduction of the industry, create export potential in the meat budkompleks agriculture. During the studied period showed a trend to a significant reduction in sales volumes of pork. The main reasons for a significant reduction in the number of pigs in the country, in our opinion, include: disparity of prices on agricultural and industrial products; the growth of feed prices; the inability of most domestic producers to apply the latest technology content and fattening pigs, the elimination of specialized pig farms; saturation of the domestic market of raw materials of foreign production; reduction in state support. Despite the development of the industry, particular attention to technological change should be paid to the choice of the system of reproduction of the herd and the formation of the structure of the population. This statement is based on the maximum use of the biological features of pigs, that distinguish them from other animals, namely, prolificacy, fast growth, high feed and so on. The article formulates a number of basic principles of keeping the main herd of sows, which will allow to increase the efficiency of pork production: 1. Organization of technological process with the ability of the livestock buildings on the principle of "empty-busy", which envisages the creation of conditions for the holding of regular disinfection and repair of technological equipment without compromising the health of the animals. 2. Providing individually-range housing of sows in the second half of gestation. 3. To ensure the uniformity and consistency of the process teams as they move from one technological area to another, which significantly reduces the negative impact of stressors.
